Discoverability for Experts

Someone with half your experience is getting booked instead of you.
Only because they're easier to find.

I help speakers, trainers and consultants become easier to find, easier to trust and easier to book, by the people already looking for what they do.

Who this is for

This is for experts whose reputation should be bigger than it is.

You've done the hard part. The recognition just hasn't caught up with the work yet.

01
Speakersready for bigger stages than their bookings currently reflect
02
Trainers & facilitatorslosing corporate deals to louder, less-experienced names
03
Consultants & coacheswho get their best clients through referrals, and want to be found beyond their network
04
Founder-led expertswhose personal reputation is the business

If your expertise is stronger than your online presence, you're exactly who I built this for.

About Rajvii

I'll be honest: I don't really care about marketing.

What I care about is a question I've never been able to put down: why do some genuinely brilliant people stay invisible, while others, often less capable, become the obvious choice?

I started Kropperz at 17. Five years and a lot of these conversations later, I've learned the answer almost never comes down to talent.

Being brilliant won't get you booked if nobody can discover you.

I help experts close that gap, so the work speaks, and the right people actually hear it.

The way people choose experts has changed.

Most experts haven't realised it yet.

Then Reputation travelled through people

Now They check before they ever speak to you

How good you actually are and how discoverable you are online are often two very different things.

Your existing clients know you're brilliant. A stranger doesn't.

They only know what they can find.

I want the version of you people discover online to reflect the expert they'll eventually meet in the room.

That's what I mean by discoverability.

How it works

Four steps from hard to find to hard to overlook.

01
01Discover

First, we see what someone finds when they look for you, on Google, AI, LinkedIn and your website. You get a clear picture of how discoverable you actually are today.

02
02Diagnose

Then we figure out what's missing. Are you hard to find? Is it unclear what you're known for? Does your online presence actually match your expertise? Where are opportunities slipping through?

03
03Build

Then we fix what's working against you. Positioning, website, search presence, content, authority signals, whatever needs to change to make you easier to find and trust.

04
04Get Found

The goal is simple: when someone is looking for an expert like you, you show up. And when they find you, they understand what you do, trust what they see, and have a reason to choose you.

Discoverability, in action

What happens when expertise becomes discoverable?

Corporate Trainer
2 to 3
inbound enquiries / month
12+ months after work endedNo active SEO
The trainer whose leads didn't stop when we did.

The work stopped. The discoverability kept working.

We started working on his search presence in 2025 with a simple goal: help more of the right people find him when they were actively looking for the kind of training he offered.

Eventually our engagement ended, but the enquiries didn't. For more than a year, he continued receiving 2 to 3 inbound enquiries every month from the search presence we'd already built, without us actively working on it.

In 2026, he came back, because he wanted to build on what was already bringing him business.

International Speaker

International visibilityInbound enquiries
The speaker getting discovered across borders.

The right opportunities started finding him from markets we weren't even targeting.

He is a Singapore-based keynote speaker, but the opportunity wasn't limited to Singapore.

As we strengthened his search presence, he started ranking across 5+ countries and receiving business enquiries from international markets, including places we hadn't originally set out to target.

That's what good discoverability can do. It doesn't just help more people see you; it helps the right people find you at the moment they're already looking for someone with your expertise.

The speaker who went from barely being found to being recommended by AI.

Same expertise. Very different discoverability.

When we started, his website was getting around 13 clicks a month. The expertise was already there, the internet simply wasn't reflecting it.

We worked on how his expertise was positioned, structured and discovered across search. Within 90 days, those 13 monthly clicks became 231. He reached #1 rankings across 8 Indian cities and began appearing by name in relevant recommendations on ChatGPT and Gemini.

We didn't change the expert. We changed how easily the internet could understand and discover his expertise.

Clothing Founder
Brand Founder
we changed who people discovered first
Founder-led strategyPersonal brand
The founder who was more discoverable than her own brand.

People already trusted her. We built the discovery strategy around that.

This one needed a different approach. She had built a clothing business, but something interesting was happening: people connected with her far more naturally than with the company name. Her face was familiar. Her story had credibility. People trusted her.

So instead of forcing all our efforts into making the company the centre of discovery, we changed the strategy, building around the asset the business already had: its founder.

Her personal brand became another front door into the company, letting the trust she'd already earned create opportunities for the business behind her.

Company-first discovery → Founder-led discoverability

Finance Founder
Name Trust Business
reputation, turned into opportunity
Founder-first discoveryTrust-led industry
The finance founder whose name was already an asset.

Her offline reputation was strong. We made sure her online presence caught up.

In finance, trust matters before almost anything else. And in her case, something was already working in her favour: people knew her name. Her offline reputation had been built through years of relationships, conversations and credibility, but when someone searched for her online, that reputation wasn't being communicated strongly enough.

So that's what we worked on. We strengthened how her expertise and credibility showed up online, making it easier for someone who had heard her name to understand who she was, what she knew, and the business behind her.

Her reputation was already opening doors. We made sure her digital presence was ready when people walked through them.

Offline reputation → Online discoverability → Business opportunities
